Text messaging terms

Effective October 9, 2026

Who texts you?

Criminal Center LLC sends text messages from 202-990-2500.

How do I sign up?

There are two ways:

Agreeing to texts isn’t required to get our help, and the box is never checked for you. We don’t add numbers to a text list, and we don’t send marketing texts.

What do you text about?

How often?

Message frequency varies. It depends on the conversation. Most people get a few messages about their inquiry or appointment.

Does it cost anything?

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.

How do I stop?

Reply STOP at any time. We’ll send one message confirming you’re unsubscribed and won’t text you again unless you text us first. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT.

How do I get help?

Reply HELP for help, call 202-990-2500, or email help@criminalcenter.com.

Before you text us details

Texting us does not make us your lawyer. Information you send before we agree to represent you may not be confidential. Text messages aren’t a secure way to share sensitive details, so please wait until we’ve talked before sending details about your case.

What about my phone number?

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the phone-service provider that delivers our messages.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy.

What should I do next?

Book a consultation and tell Brandon Sample what happened. We'll listen, tell you whether we can help, and explain what comes next.
