My name is Allen Walker. I pled guilty to drug charges and received an eight-year sentence. I did my best to try to appeal my sentence and was unsuccessful. I had an attorney who was not able to help me make the appeal, so I filed a pro se motion with the court, and eventually I was able to find Mr. Brandon Sample, who saved me at the last minute.
He carried my case to the Sixth Circuit. The Sixth Circuit sent it back to the district judge for him to review it. And if it had not been for Mr. Sample, I would not have been able to get an appeal. It was late in the game, and I had lost all opportunity, and Mr. Sample was able to resurrect my case almost from the dead, to be honest.
I am so thankful for his skill and for his ability to work with people. He has an uncanny ability to see the very difficult legal issues and make them clear and simple for the courts. I wholeheartedly refer Mr. Sample for you to use Mr. Sample for your court case. He raised my appeal back from the dead, and now I'm back appealing my case. Thank you so very much, Mr. Sample.
