Hey, my name is Daniel Muratella, and I hired Brandon Sample to fight my case. My appeal was shot down, and Mr. Brandon Sample contacted me through messages, and he said he could do something for me, and lo and behold, he did. He won our 2255, proved the ineffective assistance of counsel, out of Nebraska, and got me my 30 months off my sentence. I'm kind of ecstatic and speechless over it, because my family's happy, and I'm happy.
He was very upfront with me. I never had problems with communications. He's probably one of the only lawyers that I've seen since I've been in Leavenworth Penitentiary that's been able to get a hold of a counselor and not have any problems. I have the utmost respect. Man, he did a hell of a job for me. That's all I can say, and I would recommend him to anybody who's trying to fight their case.
