I hired Brandon Sample out of Vermont to work on my case, and I'm way in Florida. But I'd seen his attendance to the cases, so I hired him to work on my case, and I was very satisfied with the results. Attorney Zach worked on my case, and the government wanted to give me 262 months, but Zach opposed that, and the judge gave me 210 months off a life sentence. So I was very pleased with the results.
And I recommended his firm to five other inmates here at Coleman USP in Florida. And another friend of mine I'm recommending to him. He don't have the money to pay, but I want to pay for him when I get out, for him to get the same results. His PSI got him held for 1,800 grams, but the indictment said 50 grams, but he can look at his case and, you know, see some positive action there. So I'm very satisfied, and like I said, I would recommend this firm to anyone. I should be getting released in about six to eight months. I look to do more business with them once I'm out on the streets.
I know a lot of law firms, you know, they tell you things and they try to lead you on, but I feel like Brandon was very reasonable in price, and what he said, he always did. You know, he always got back with me on the email. Anything you asked them for, you know, they would try to give you if it was possible. I'm very satisfied in using them. And like I said, I live in Florida. You know, there's plenty of lawyers in Florida, but the ones I called in Florida, they all had higher prices, and they all was trying to give me the runaround. I'm very comfortable using a lawyer out of Vermont, like I said.
You know, I intend on using him again, and if anybody I know need him, I would recommend him, you know. Especially on post-conviction. That's what inmates in prison, you know, they struggle to get a good lawyer to represent them and be truthful to them, especially after a post-conviction. Most or all of the big money's gone then, for the major part of the case. So that's probably all I have to say. You know, I would recommend him to anybody. Thank you.
