Transcript

I am Mr. Anh Do. I was convicted for 36 months at the Seagoville camp for Medicare fraud. I was referred by Mr. Cogdell, my attorney, to Mr. Brandon Sample for using the compassionate release motion. Mr. Brandon Sample was very professional and has a very nice personality. He came and visited with me twice at Seagoville camp. He kept me informed of all the legal activities and encouraged me while I was incarcerated. I was stressed out by my wife and my family's condition.

The compassionate release motion was denied first by Judge Hanen, but Mr. Brandon Sample and Mr. Zachary Newland did not give up. They both worked diligently on the second compassionate release motion based upon my wife's deteriorating health condition due to her Alzheimer's disease and other physical ailments. The second marvelous effort came to Judge Hanen's hands just a few days after the BOP's decision to release me on home confinement, consistent with the Attorney General's memo as well as the Bureau of Prisons' recommended guidelines.

I highly recommend Mr. Brandon Sample and Mr. Zachary Newland for their marvelous work.
