I am the daughter of Guidel. My mom was stressed out. She didn't know what to do, and somehow she got Brandon's number. And she called him that night. Like, she was already in bed, really upset, and she didn't even think he would pick up. And it was super late at night, and he picked up the phone, and he immediately helped her. And pretty much since that day, my mom and I have been in steady communication with Brandon.
And from there, it was very clear. There wasn't anything we didn't know about the case. And it was very surprising to us, because we had hired a lawyer before that was the complete opposite. So not only did we not know where the money we were paying him was going towards, but we didn't even know anything much about the case. So having somebody kind of say, like, this is really what's going on, was really nice, but also frustrating, because we could have prevented so many things if we would have had a lawyer like Brandon from the beginning.
Sometimes when you ask questions and you're dealing with something with your family, you kind of want an immediate response. Even though there was either a three- or two-hour difference, Brandon really helped make that clear, and he responds really fast. Not being really stressed about your lawyer is a really, really good thing.
Not only that, but the amount of time my dad was originally facing was way more than what he got. With the other lawyer, he had told my mom, like, the minimum was, like, 15 years. With Brandon, we got it to about a year and a half. Brandon definitely changed our lives, definitely for the better. So thank you.
